Uptown Wood Floors is awesome. There are other words I could use to describe them sure, but I think awesome works best. My wife and I worked with Kristen and Mike to replace the awful tile in our N. Dallas home with beautiful, hand-scraped hardwood floors, and we couldn't be happier. We were a little intimidated going into it -- we had never replaced flooring before -- and Kristen and Mike made it so easy. They armed us with the information we needed to make the best decision. They completed the work on time + on budget. They helped us pick the perfect color. They helped make our new home feel like home. The finished product exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier. In addition to the hardwoods, Mike also applied a beautiful antique stain to our Saltillo tiles that we absolutely love. The stain gave the tile a luxurious look & they are so easy to clean. I had wanted to rip them out when I first saw them; now they're one of my favorite things about the house. I'll definitely work with them again. Like I said, Uptown Wood Floors is awesome.
